Your opinion, although interesting, is irrelevant
From my experience, making the shift to apply hypothesis driven methods e.g. from Lean Startup is hard because it doesn’t feel good to have more questions than answers and to face the fact to be wrong. Yet testing hypothesis in an early stage of an idea can help to avoid to invest in building something no one cares about.
Another effect of testing early is that options may exist that else would have been overlooked when heading directly to building a solution.
At the “Working Products” conference I’ll present some techniques to validate product ideas before the product is actually build and share some stories from my lean startup coaching experience what this means to create quickly facts from opinions.View More
