We will make use of a customized version of Value Proposition Design to gather insights and create a map of potential organizational changes within the context of pains, gains and jobs people need to get done. As an outlook we will discuss how to utilize the Lean Change Cycle to validate hypothesis and ideate experiments like culture hacks to transform the organisation further on.
