Organisational Development with Lean Change, Design Thinking and Value Proposition Design
Continuous change is becoming a status quo of organisations to keep up with the pace of changing market conditions. Yet the failure rate of change programs is high as many studies show, not excluding the many efforts of adapting or transforming an organisation to become more agile. Change is complex so big upfront change plans and top down approaches will result in a systems response that is probably not leading into the desired direction. Refraining from any form of directing the change and relying solely on self organization may be an better option. In our session we will present a participative approach that utilizes iterative empirical planning and visual management based on Lean Change Management combined with Value Proposition Design and Design Thinking.
