Together with my partners I am creating trainings for improving agile product and organization development practices. We are addressing the mission critical and interlocked issues for creating successful products or services: finding a viable problem/solution fit, delivering sustainably value for customers and adapting the organization to change.
Our training style is action oriented preferring practical tools, experiences and applications over general principles and theory. Our trainings are fun by using serious games, intensive visualization and sharing knowledge. Our training methods are based on Action Learning, where reflection and theory follows taking actions to solve problems and on Sharon Bowman’s neuroscientific based principles to make newly acquired knowledge stick.
